    Cog Suzuki Bandit 250 (GSF250 1996) - transmission gears

Hi, I'm relatively new to bikes (still having the L on my preciousss ) and I'm in desperate needs of some parts and/or ideas how to get them. Any help is greatly appreciated!

With a friend of mine we disassembled the engine itself because of a sheering sound when travelling in gear 5 and 6 and realized that the drive gears for those would be better to be replaced.
See this image for the exact parts:
    - needed parts are 4, 5, 7

So I sent an email to Suzuki itself and to Colemans but the result was not promising at all: "part 7 is no longer available". What can I do now? I received some vague ideas from fellows:
    • try a wrecker - I found this site: http://www.motorcyclewrecker.co.nz/
    • try contacting another Japanese manufacturer to find out whether the same part is used in another bike, these might be standard - is it worth trying?
    • try finding and aftermarket manufacturer - where to start with this one?
    • try taking it to a welder and have it manufactured - I'm completely clueless about this option

If someone can give me an orientation/idea, anything I can go on with I'd be really grateful!

    Thanks in advance,
    MartinIsti
