Relocated calipers - brake line question

Hey guys. Had some brackets made up for my bike so that the calipers would better fit the aftermarket discs. However the calipers ended up dropping down a bit. The brake line on the the left is long enough but the one on the right was too short.

Soo.. I pinched the spare right hand one I had in the garage and chucked that one on. The only issue I can see is that now the bent bits at the end of the lines (banjo somethings) are not quite bent as well for the new position. However there is enough length that they can be flipped so that there is not too much curve in the lines themselves where they meet the metal.

It looks ok to me, but is this going to cause problems?

Anything else that I have done wrong or that I should look out for?

Will put pics up tomorrow to explain it better...

Are you saying I've done it, or that I should look out for it?

If you think it's ok ... take it for a WOF ... If it passes ...

Yeah depends where you go... But I was more meaning with the operation of the thing and any dangers of the line wearing or something.

Nothing that will move, apart from the front guard. I will put some electrical tape around that spot though. How about the bends not pointing the line straight up at the master cyl., any probs with that?

As long as there are no kinks in the lines .. should be fine ...

Nother related prob... As I pinched a longer line from my spares, I now have one line with a crimped end, and one without. I've heard of the WOF issues with lines with no crimping and I am prepared to deal with that, but what about safety/operational issues?

Is this style of fitting not as safe?
