I've got three vids on You tube now and am now one of America's most wanted. My 3 vids are banned in the states and Germany. Apparently having, C&W, Roy Orbison, and CCR music dubbed into the tracks is a threat to the national security / economy. They haven't altered or pulled the clips yet.

Having a sound track on a video which is not used for income orientated / commercial purpose, and has been purchased legally, should be okay.
