If the weather's ok I might pop up. Just to watch though - I think I'll wait till an actual track day since I've never been out before. Good on you for organising that though Mark!!!

These are not going to be ultra fast laps. The session will be quite slow to start with till everyone gets to have a good look at the circuit and "see where it goes". Generally all tracks are very different when you finally get on them to what you imagine from the grandstands. This would be a great chance for you to ride it for free and then spend all your good money at a track day doing what you want to do.

Go on, you know you want to.

    I've only got jeans though.
And I've never been on a track at all and everyone else prob would've. Wouldn't it be better if I went on one of the "beginners laps" at a track day?
I know I'll get right into once I've been out a couple of times but I keep putting it off till later.

No, this is your best chance to hae a look at the track at a good comfortable pace. Then when you get to pay for it you'll be able to give it heaps as we know you can do.

I doubt that jeans will be a problem on the day... no rules have been set about clothing but you might want to check with SVS first.

jeans shouldn't be a problem, since it's not an open track, but still recommend leathers.

Ok - I'll give it a go. Might be able to steal some leather pants off the neighbour. So count me in Mark, except if the weather's crap I prob won't come up.

Righto boys and girls, here's the list as it stands for tomorrow.
Attendees at KBer session, VMCC Championship Round, Manfield 23 July.

    1. Marknz
    2. CrazyLittleShit
    3. Velox
    4. VasalineWarrior
    5. Idnz

Any others who might be interested and are waiting till the morning to see if the day dawns clear and suitable for a track session, then feel free to come along and join in. It is free after all!. I have to remnd every one though that this will not be a race and is more to let people have a look at the circuit and know which way it goes. I can assure you that after my track session last weekend, it is a helluva lot different in reality to what it looks like form the sidelines.

My bike, the red Firestorm with tinted double bubble screen, will probably be parked somewhere near the dummy grid and infront of the fast food caravan. I suggest we meet near my bike as soon as we can after the last race of the morning session. SVS should have some forms for us to sign and then we can get into it.

At this stage it looks like I'll be your lead rider, but if we can get one of the senior racers to do it for us it will provide a better oppurtunity to understand the lines that they take around the track.

    Cya there, and enjoy yourselves.

    Cheers
    Mark
