    Step up F5Dave

Come on Dave the BOB is only hours away, let the smack talk begin! I for one would like to say the "will I get the 100 ready" thread is all shite to lower us into a false sence of security and its in Rich's van with a healthy 30hp, but are you using the smoke and mirrors to cover if you have a poor showing?

Even though Rich has done some testing at Manfield, can a old guy make it in the rough world of Ruapuna B track?

    Dave doesn't have a chance.
He couldn't even pass me with a 100cc weight saving.

I'm coming out of semi retirement to run the BB racing FXR150 just to give the NI crew a thrashing (and Buddha)

Ahh, I heard about this thread, but was away from a PC.

So how did it all turn out? As we saw my bike was not exactly a rocket, even diesel guestimated 16hp from looking at the sidelines & he'd know having had a 16hp MB.

I have 3 weeks to try seal it back together & gather back some hp for the GP. New reconstruction in the planning stages. . . .maybe for the Taupo after, or the BOB.

yeah I found I was getting pretty good drive onto the straight & that seemed to help me past a few people before things slowed down near the start finish area (and in some cases they passed me back on the same straight). Helps that is is a light 2 stroke of course with acceleration.

Maybe your Yamaha frame is trying to wiggle that infernal Suzuki engine out of it?

Nah its on a stong course of drugs to minimize organ rejection........The Honda fairings would be confusing the fame as well! It accepted the R6 shock perfectly I just had to get it too look away when it was fitted......no pain relief was even needed.
