Wannabe rider seeking advice & comrades (Husaria)

    Hi all !

I've been umming and ahhing over getting a bike for a while, and now that a friend of mine has bought a Ducati M400 there is NO WAY I am not getting a two wheeler. The defining moment I think is when he said "When I get off the bike after a ride, theres always a huge grin on my face"

    Sold.

The cage is fine but the missus needs it more than I. However, getting to work is a problem for me as there are no direct public transport routes to Titirangi from where I live.

I originally wanted a brand new shiny VTR250 but they seem to cost more than I should spend... a VT250 Spada is more affordable and still awesome (from my newbie point of view, ridden a couple of times, getting BHS etc. once all assignments are handed in)

Anyhow I just felt I should say hello through the proper channel!

thanks guys, all I've been doing the past month or so is look at bikes on TM and lurk around the forums for info! Had an interesting read of the filtering threads, something I'm sure to have to learn

Hello and welcome. I often ride up scenic drive on the weekends when I cant venture too far from Auckland. Very nice ride. I'm also pretty new to this and looking to ride more.

Get a bike and be careful on those slippery roads.
