Speed cameras save lives aye, Ya see people everywhere jamming on their brakes when they see one, and this is the result.
Yes I know he shouldn't have been speeding in the first place but even people doing the speed limit hit the brakes too causing that dreaded wave affect.

Who is speeding? The bike, or the rider?Can a "pedestrian" or in this case a dickhead who decided to have a little lie down, get a speeding ticket?
There are two separate "Parties" in this shot, it was my understanding that if they have two "Parties" in the photo then they could not prosecute either Party...is that right?
The rider should contest it just for a laugh.
