    2014 Bucket GP entry forms

Attached is the entry form for the GP.

Please get these in as early as you can if you need the one event upgrade licence, MNZ needs 48 hours to go over the applications but we would like to give them a week so we can argue the case if they try and refuse any.

Also if you are doing this via internet banking please put as much detail as you can in so we can marry the payment up with the entry form.
Name and licence number would be good as well as GP in there somewhere so Kamil can work out what is from whom.

If you need the upgrade licence and I'm sure many do we need the cash ahead of time and we will be paying MNZ for these regardless of if you turn up or not so we can't refund that $50 of the entry fee if you can't make it later on. We also can't do the upgrade licences on the day.

If you are planing to rock up for the non GP races or have the full championship licence already it's probably going to be easier to do it on the day.

I know this is a last minute rush with only about a month to go but this is the first time the one event upgrades have been used to my knowledge and she's been a bit of a learning curve all round.

Heya. Not clear on entry form if entering two classes if there is extra entry or extra transponder charges
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

No extra charge for more than one class. Transponders we usually only charge once as well. Assume this is correct and I'll clarify after we all get together on Thursday night.

We can always beat it out of you afterwards if need be the only reason we need to do pre entries is so we can give MNZ a list of the one event upgrade licences, anyone that has a full licence already or is planning on running B grade would be better off doing it on the day.

That sounds like a fair deal.

And I'd just like to add; -You guys are awesome.

Banking bit done & about to post form on way home.

It'll be quite a while since I've posted something in the mailbox despite one being virtually outside my house.

    .....
well done team. How much guidance has MNZ provided on this application of the single event license.
Just interested in how they were going to make the idea actually work...

They have basically told us we need to get the names for the one even licences in 48 hours before the event. We are going to give them a week so that we can argue the case if they turn someone down and we don't agree.

Hmmmm, well that's an interesting interpretation/application of what was submitted. But proactive by MNZ; I'm going to assume that they are recording the use of the S.E.L against the license database and also tag logbooks as well if used.

Progress, those that cry and bitch about MNZ, should actually start to realise that they have made significant modification to their outlook on their obligations...

Any, good work AMCC team for being first up and breaking the back of this process.
So Henk, must be my round of victory at sea, send me your account details...

We have to clearly mark the log books re the one event, I dare say they are keeping track.

Doesn't have to be V@C just drag along something interesting

Just had the meeting to discuss and finalise things.

Bad news is sidecar teams will both have to have the full championship or one event upgrade licences, so we might be scrounging around to make up enough teams to get six on the start line as required for this to be recognised as a GP.

Sat programme will be largely practice with the sidecar GP early on, and a few shits and giggles races at the end of the day so you can practice your starts. An open practice session in reverse direction for those so inclined at the end of the day.
Kick off around 11am with maybe some open practice earlier if we get things like timing gear and sign on sorted out early.

Sunday will be practice and qualifying followed by F5 GP, Formula Tokoroa, F4 GP in that order. Kick off probably a bit earlier than Saturday, we'll have got the tricycle action done Saturday so Solos only on Sunday.

Camping at track is available from Friday night for the grand total of $0 per night.

Get your licences and travel plans sorted folks.

Getting the forms done tonight, do you want cheques made out to Auckland Motorcycle Club inc.? Presume you will then onsend required amount to MNZ? Let us know Henk, then monies shall follow...

That would be OK for cheques, to be honest it is probably easier to internet bank it into the account on the entry form.
