I can't help but think they have gone about it the wrong way. A no cross entering rule should go accross the board I think. At Paeroa the only bikes that were allowed to cross enter at all were Bears bikes the year I raced there.

Yeah, and you can see how full the grids were as a result. Get real. Shit, if they banned ALL riders (even slow ones like me) from cross entering into F1 then there'd be a handful of bikes racing at most events.

BMW / Chopper is a side issue. I think the real reason is that they're scared a shite old Yamaha ridden by a ginger will get a podium.

one of the best races at the Cemetery Circuit was one of Robert holdens last, on his Husky trail bike in the bears, he placed second to Rodney OcConner but it was spec fucking tacular

Bugger, i forgot about entering that thing, but then if i put it on the front row in F1 we would only be relegated to the third row like the SV650 was a few years back "in the interests of safety" ......... :-) (cue whitetrash ?)

He seems un interested, so I'll chime in.

Was safe for Fitzgerald to start from the back of the grid in F3 though that same day.

I don't mind who takes offense when I say this, Wanganui is far from the best event as far as the running of it goes. I'll put my self right in the firing line and say borderline corruptible.
