    They would probably work better than the stock ATE calipers

    The wheels on that bike are aftermarket Lesters or something similar

    I dunno the ATE's seem ok...unlike the fairing I had to shorten 3"...

    Hi to all you Beemer nutters out there. Thought I'd dredge this thread up from the past to see if anyone out there has a spoked rear wheel for an airhead. I'm restoring a '76 R90S at the mo and it has Lester mags on it currently (which I have already painted and polished) but I would like to get a genuine Weinman 18" rim and rear hub so the bike can also have the option of wire wheels. I have the correct front hub and rim to which I'll add stainless spokes to, which gets me half way there. Any help would be appreciated.

    best to do a reverse translate just in case.....

    I've learnt a lot of german off ebay, rucksack is like a backpack, tanke is tank, they don't call them panzers like you'd expect.
