Silly tart on trike in Arthurs Pass

The title really says it all. I was in Arthurs Pass today along with a bunch of other bikers en route to the Greymouth Street races. This silly bloody woman on a silver trike, wearing a pink jacket decides she will spin her wheels on the gravel sending it rearward by about 3 car lengths, towards others bikes and two cars. If you are reading this darling, the people in the green vintage car weren't impressed and it made the rest of us look like twats-you know, being tarred with the same brush 'n' all. You're also the same stupid bitch that dragged off flat out down the main road through Akaroa about 8 to 12 weeks ago, past Bully Hayes sounding off your pathetic excuse for an exhaust. If you think that those watching were impressed, you're wrong. They made comments similar to mine regarding your 'riding'. You looked stupid on both occasions and bikes clearly aren't for you. Best you get back to four wheels m'dear it's only one more than you've got now.

Not a bike. Sidecars are bikes, trikes are not.

Possibly trikes attract fuckwits, cos I had a similar experience with a pair of tryhard trike tuggers last weekend. After acting like 12 year old schoolgirls in the lotto shop they then proceeded to try to have a drag race after much revving and hollering with their mate on a harley down Queen street. Harley guy tried to pass one of the trikes, not noticing a traffic island in the middle of the road, locked the back up on the wet road and skidded sideways for a while before saving it. I have never wanted a guy to drop a bike so much in my life.

    Maybe I,m getting old.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

So far the trike rider is my favorite character in this little drama.

Spraying rocks all over a vintage?

    Arthurs pass?

    Pissing off some bikers?

    Fuckin awesome.

Sold a car to a client from the West Coast yesterday. They were nearly taken out by a car with a racebike on a trailer overtaking on a blind corner. Combine this with their comment about the number of bikes/cars with bikes parked at pubs I think in their eyes it was a PR success.

Ok I realise that everyone parked at the pub who was driving/riding may not have been actually drinking, but combined with the driving/riding standards they saw it wasn't a good look.

Careful, next you'll be suggesting that poker runs are pub crawls.

You can ride a trike on a car license - is that correct?

SOME trikes ARE registered as bikes ... but the majority of (car engined) trikes are registered as cars ...
