    Mmmmm...not been to Taupo since it was the little track.....racing on Saturday...sounds an excuse to come see and watch....is there an entrance fee, or is it just turn up and watch?

    Well, if the weather is good I get to ride through Whangamomona and out the other side to SH4, almost worth paying for. Does anyone know if the road is all sealed? I remember riding back up to Auckland many years ago and it being metalled heading up north, but that may have been to cut out some k's.
