There she blows. Whilst I can understand the need to collect the data for security purposes, tis a shame that every other liberty disappears with it. Oh of course they need to have a warrant, but that'll probably be an automatic warrant based on keyword/contextual flags being raised by the system. There is no end to the bad uses of this information and there's is no conspiracy theory where there ARE agencies that will use this information "unlawfully".

The potential for abuse is massive, there is no way they can limit access to a database of that size and complexity to just a few key individuals.
