Rumour has it that a special souvenir inspired by Craig Shirriffs gutsy performance at the final round of the NZ Superbike champs, and his regular visits to the sand trap at turn one is being commisioned for sale.

Haha! Jokes aside I saw him hobbling off the tires after the riders group photo on Sunday morning and he certainly looked sore. Good on him.
Hey you're home early on a tuesday night? did they have to put another flea bomb in the Feilding Housie Hall so it was closed for the night??
Don't count me in on that chicken lot, I've had many a good race at Invercargill we used to have to go around the track at night and cut down the thistles on the infield as while we were man enough to go to Teretonga we weren't man enough to take the thistles on the left handers. Great track too, I still got the scars to prove it,not from racing; somehow my undies caught fire while I was on the clubrooms roof from memory...

Man you've got to get out more. Craig Shirriffs:- and you're waiting to see him win a New Zealand Title. Craigs done a wee bit with quite a few NZ Titles up his sleeve NZGPs NZTTs and National roadrace championship(s) too not forgetting his formidable performance on street circuits.
Don't forget he's ridden at the Cemetery Circuit too, second only to Robert Holden in overall wins in the 57year history of the event including some outright wins on a 600...
Take a look at his performance in the NZ Superbikes in the last few years, he may not have been out there consistently, or indeed often, but there were some pretty good highlights there if you're eye was open . He's a bit like Randy Mamola, never won a GP class but always there or maybe like the Topp twins are in the NZ music world?
