I think this machine brought my VRod aspirations back out of me and brought me back to reality - Guzzi style (if there's such thing, what with us being a crazy bunch).
Decided (and pleading with the Mrs) that the V11 needs some authorative pipes......

I rode Mark's V7 Classic and they are actually a bunch of fun (esp with loud pipes on). Not a lot of power but you can use all of it.

I think that this new generation V7 engine has a central plug head and therefore "may" have four valve heads. Easier to get some ponies out of.

Plus....apparently the new 1200 Classic isn't far away either.

    Gorgeous, innit??

front drum brake needs to be bigger. and rear disc smaller. (we're all about looks over function, right?)

    want.

    Can I not like it?
I am sorry but it looks like a Ducati Pantah could beat it round a track. And I don't even like Dukes.
Why the big drum on the front and disc on the rear. Its like the reverse performance of a GB.
And that rear could look better than "CB750-with-a-Vance&Hines"

I am sorry but I prefer anything Ghezzi-B...... other people make out of the Guzzis.
This just looks like a Guzzi that someone has taken all the good bits off. Basket Case if you will.

I assume it's a 2LS and not a 4LS...I know how difficult they are to get working right !!

Strange having a disc on the rear and drum on the front too ay,...but yes it is all about style and that it has lots of !!
Better looking than the chrome tanked racer IMHO.

I'd rather actually have a 70's bike than a dumbed down new one. I just don't get it. I see nothing special at all.
Not anti Guzzi or anything but if I was the CEO I would be getting some new designers.
