    KBers @ Burt Munro Challenge?

So how many KBers are going to be there?

And will we need a special KB wave to recognise each other??

    Not.

Didn't get to the first one, have been there or thereabouts in one form or another for the rest.

Don't get to make this one, though. P'raps next year...

Central Otago roads have been awash with bikes all week ... groups of three or four about average. But a few groups of ten or more ...

Turning into our street today saw a huge number of bikes at the cafe on the corner getting ready to leave, sat on the fence and watched em go buy,27 in total, plus a Boss hog thing which doesnt really count.

just checked the site and the beach racing is cancelled due to the weather

    "Beach Racing - Cancelled

The weather gods have spoken, and we're sorry to have to cancel the NZ Beach Racing Champs. The Friday night Rally entertainment is still happening from 7pm, with Neil Chilton & The Business followed by rockers Sniper Alley until late.

Fingers crossed for a better forecast this weekend!"

Be a real shame if the weather dictates proceedings down there.

Yeeaahh.....it is a tad windy at the moment. In fact I've got my trusty Stihl nearby and have been looking for downed trees/branches in Queens Park. A bloke can never have enough firewood.

I haven't been out to the rally site yet but it is sheltered and has a huge pavilion so everybody will be fine.
