Paul, thanks so much for your hospitality! It is good folk such as yourself that make NZ a great place. And that Trumpy of yours is every bit as stunning as I remembered...
Nice to meet other Paul too..you did well on the Ginny!
Adrian..get off that 'L' plate eh?
Must do it all again some time, well maybe not teh goat track!
Cheers!
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
To be fair - I did warn youThat roads a shocker at times - a couple of times its been the only option to get back up the coast due to bad weather and accidents so imagine what its like at night in the pissing rain! FUN! Still, I'll bet the ride back to LH was a goodie as it was a bonza day?
After you guys left we finished putting up lights n stuff (can now see our lounge from Mars) and then did a bunch of dumb boy stuff (much to Vickis rolling of eyeballs) with the grand sons..... Those little green plums that blew off the tree make fantastic slingshot ammo)
Happy days and you guys are welcome anytime!
Unfortunately, Paul, it does no good to warn me of these things as I was just the pillion...I go where the pilot dictates! I cannot imagine that road in the dark and pissing rain!
Glad you have your Christmas stuff all sorted, I haven't even begun yet:
I love to see boys doing boy stuff, but I am glad you waited till we'd left!

That has to be the Aka's he took you over ? Lol love that road, not done it for a while though, it's a bit of hard work on a harley haha
Had to be done, good on yas lol nothing better than a goat track to keep ya apreciating the busy highways !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"
Bowls can wait !
The Akas - a goat track? Nearly, I guess. It's all the roads we love to ride, just made tighter...
It's even better at 2am - well, it was in the 70s. No-one else on it, and in the unlikely event there is, their lights give you warning.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
I trust you 2 got back to Napier okay?
And ya didn't even take me up on the offer for taking the Guzzi out yesterday in the glorious sunshine.
It was washed and waxed ready.....
"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."
I knew there was something else before we left for home...
Sorry Chris, was 3 of us in the car and had to pick up a 4th in Hastings not too late in the day. Another time will present.
Trackday at Manfeild 10/12 springs to mind....

I thought the Ginny went well and I was suprised it managed to keep up, that can happen ever now and again in Welly when I don't have a head wind.
I am looking forward to upgrading ASAP and then be able to venture further out.
Planing to go to Wanganui on boxing day so let me know if you are going through. Maybe catch up.
Cheers![]()
I confess to know everything there is to know about absolutely nothing at all!!!
