How is BDOTGNZA pronounced?
I have tried and it sounds like a German/Japanese amalgamation.
They are definition quotes, and both versions of syntax are correct. I had to research it a few weeks ago.

LOL. I think we should refer to them as quotation marks rather than speech marks so we're not gonna confuse people into thinking they must be spoken words
