A motorcyclist is facing a speeding fine - despite not being on the bike when cameras snapped him exceeding the limit!
Boris Maier, 38, from Bern, Switzerland, was recorded travelling at 107kph (66mph) in an 80kph (50mph) zone sliding along the floor as he fell off after slamming on the brakes having seen the camera. The image taken by the camera focussed on Maier, but the registration number of the bike was in full view.
A police spokesman added that Maier was lucky not to have been sliding just 3kph faster, as at 110kph he would have automatically lost his licence.
