    Suzuki SJ50QT Need Help

So, a couple of months back i purchased a Suzuki SJ50QT off trademe. The first thing i noticed was its tendency to accelerate much faster when cold. Over time it went well and after a couple of moths at max speed (60km) it would make a distinctive noise, like the belt or something was rubbing on something else, and feel as if the bike was being physically slowed. i didn't think to much of it for a while till its top speed started decreasing, now after about two months the top speed its about 45km and its hopeless on the hills. it accelerates normally till about 40km+ when the noise begins faring up again and it feels slowed. Sometimes the noise stops and the bike accelerates forward but then the noise starts up again and it is back to being slowed. it seems as if the engine is under a lot of stress. i'm told it could be to do with the belts and rollers, but need to know for sure before i go about replacing them. Need urgent help as i was to sell it asap as it seems more trouble than its worth. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Take it to a bike shop.

belt & rollers will only cost you $70 or so. If that doesn't fix it, they probably needed doing anyway so it's not money down the drain. It does sound like a worn belt though
Watch out for tow ropes and quickly braking cars
