Well the car is for all intent and purposes going to be empty, so shouldn't be an issue carrying majority of gear down and back.
Jo I am sure we can arrange something for you, maybe drive down and hop in with my sister in my car? something like that, if you bring ya gear you would be able to hop on the back of a bike along the way I am sure as well.
It is a HUGE ride for you Jo, dont for one minute think that makes you soft if you decide not to come along. Much as we would all LOVE to see you again, common sense must prevail for sure. Like has been suggested though there are other optionsTwo cars are better than you missing out
If you can swing it, it would be lovely indeedy. Drive part way, pillion the rest, that sort of thing. Lets not close doors this far out.
