It's more of a retching sound if you include the sausage, you can't often say much so it comes out garbled.

I do large catering events as well, but it just takes longer. Like 100 people lining up at the buffet table to all get the sauce in their open mouths and it runs out after 10 people, Ya gotta make more, just takes 5 mins or so.
