Well, we will definitely be in Taupo, and the offer is there for Tony if he wants it.
Of course you guys could always make a trip out to the track, not that we can stand around and chat, mind, but there is always some racing to watch!

well we'll be sitting on our behinds all the way from AKl to Taupo, a bit of standing around watching some races might do us good.

Took the old CBX for a WOF today, not due untill early next month but wanted to sort any problems they find first. Got real worried when all the inspectors went over her for ages.

I went over in the end and asked if there was a problem. They said no the bikes in great nick for its age and they were telling stories about old bikes. It passed. We went for a little celerbration ride.

    Is Richard coming?

Is it time to leave yet?

I dunno about anyone else, but a trip out to the races sounds like a pretty cool idea to me...!

Yeah, but by the time we actually get to Taupo and settle in, it will be wine o'clock or thereabouts

As the Tart has said, she is working out there, so there wont be catch up time with them at the track. I am hoping they can pop over to the camp once the track day is over, I will have the wine chilled for her

    Ride Rules

Post #2 now includes the Ride Rules.
*But here they are....I will add to post #2 once some finer details have been settled on.

:Each Group Leader will control the group speed (80-100)
:There Will Be No Passing Within Each Group
:The Use Of Mirrors is Paramount in a Group Ride Situation, Please use Them…Always
:Watch Your Following Distances With The Bike In Front, That Person is Your Friend.
:Please try and stay within 5-6 bike lengths with the bike in front of you.
:Staggered Formation Where Possible (no single file on the straight bits)
:If a car is bothering you in any way, indicate left and slow (where it’s safe to do so) and wave them passed.
:But ultimately have a way cool time.
