So my license has yet again dissapeared for 3 months from the demerit points so hopefully the next ride won't be till after that...
Thank God I got the Taupo ride under my belt before they took it.
Take it I say....
In this case it was a smart looking Spewzuki Gladius.
What a cool mid-range bike...great step up from a 250 for any female I would say..
Massive engine breaking....very little front break I noticed...
Though, I am a rear break exponent...
As Richard says..if ya need to break, you are going to fast...
That aside, the Gladius is way cool to ride, the suspension is as good as (or as bad as) my bike.
Very comfortable through the gears...nice smooth box on this one
Sounds like a Jawa speedway bike on pos' throttle....nice!
And very cool throaty sound on neg throttle...equally as nice with the quick down shift.
A Suzuki 650 with attitude...much like the the Bandit.
It is a great little machine eh, very easy to ride as well. Only thing i found was It would take me some time to work out the whole v-twin thing where it made its power to get the most out of it.
Especially with the fact i have not ridden a v-twin properly for any length of time.
Matt, you are obviously a slow learner! If I had known that when we met in Taupo you would have got aYou are old enough to know better, young fella. Make sure it is the last time, you hear!
Great bike, I nearly bought one of those instead of the EX. Don't really know why I didn't TBH
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
Hooray!! Photos are finally up
Some of them are a little dark (and some quite) Maybe sometime ill get around to retouching them.
If you want some of the photos (or all)
Go the the 'actions' menu and click on 'view all sizes.' This will bring up a slightly larger photo that you can right-click on and save as.
I also have super large versions avaliable on request, but that would only be for if you wanted to get them printed or for a wallpaper of something silly like that![]()
