    Shortbread Cases

    Success!

After a few failed experiments I managed to get a presentable cup ready for filling (thanks to a suggestion from Irene). Just need to play with baking time now.

Sabine, when are you available next week to receive said cups for experimentation? I think this desert idea is becoming a happening thing.

Wouldn't dream of leaving "Mrs. Boots" at home (like it's up to me anyway).

Hmmm, I was thinking of suggesting our place on Sunday afternoon, but as the cancer ride has been postponed (for good reason) ...

If the 17th/18th is out, how about the 24th/25th?

(The shortbread cups are yummy ... will we ever get to try them with chocolate goodness inside?)
