Polaris takes stake in KTM

KTM has announced a partnership deal with Polaris Industries, the owner of Victory Motorcycles.

Polaris has taken 24% of KTM's shares, with a review planned in two years. There is a possibility of closer ties as both companies seek to compete on a global level.
