What makes Sunday different to Saturday? Racing as opposed to practise?

Pretty much. Given the Sunday is normally a points meeting and as a result is more structured. As tomorrow is a fun day it will no doubt be a little less structured.

Hi everyone had an awsome time at the track today, thanks to all those who helped push and to Henk for making us feel welcome. Just a couple of teething problems to sort out, roll on next meeting. I know Baptist and NZMikey had a blast,so come on guys if you've got a chair sitting around get it out and lets get the class going again properly or put it up for sale and let someone buy it and join in the fun.

Don't thank me, Jimmy did all the work on Saturday, pretty much all I did was ride my bike.
Poor bugger spent about five minutes non stop picking up the yellow and putting it down again when it got a bit damp.
It got a bit wet today, great fun but we knocked off early since the majority lost interst after the barbecue with the rain and all. Good fun wobbling around in the wet.

My son had his first "race" today on his MB50. He did lots of laps in the practices and looked to be going OK. He tried to bail out of doing the race but I talked him round without too much difficulty. He was away last but ended up circulating with another rider and eventually managed a pass. He went past my flag position going good and peeled into the corner faster than I would have considering it was a wet Mt Wgtn track and his bike has a well used old Yokohama 110 on the front. He made that corner OK but the next left immediately in front of the pits and the front let go and down he went. So quite an eventful couple of minutes for him, first race, first pass, and first crash.
Mum had a few words when us boys got home.
Shame about the weather but I think everyone had a good time. We did. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in the meeting.
