I've been in NZ and reading this forum long enough maybe is time I introduce myself !
Sooo.... name is Andy, from Italy, riding DR650 (soon to be converted motard),
used to do some pocket bike racing back home when I was kid and was thinking maybe going back to do some bucket racing around the north island next year. Been riding bikes for 15 years from mopeds, Aprilia RS50/125, Cagiva, Ducati, Kawasaki 400 and the Dr.
Hope to see motorbike racing increase in popularity in NZ like it is in Europe and hopefully be able to have more organized low/medium level races and some media coverage. Perhaps even host a superbike round in the future ?
