Murderer sentenced to 40 to 80 years for fatal motorcycle ramming

A Pennsylvania court has sentenced a man convicted of using his truck to ram a motorcycle to “between 40 to 80 years in prison”.

Edward Belch, 46, was convicted of third-degree murder, as he used his truck to ram a motorcycle ridden by Thomas Myers, 54 and Belch’s ex-girlfriend Terri Lynn Gresko, 44. According to the Judge, Belch was "very purposeful and very calculated" in following the two victims out of a shopping plaza and onto the road where he committed the murder.
