In all honesty, a finer bunch than those in Christchurch you could not hope to meet. Brilliant folks all round and very humble in defeat.

Yippee, another Virago rider (and there's no such thing as an "ex-virago-rider" - you'll be back on one soon, you won't be able to stay away for long)!

I'm in Dunedin, love my 1100 Virago, and looking forward to warmer weather

Absolutely fantastic. Another South Islander. You'll find we're all a pretty good bunch and good to ride with. Although, from what I've heard, I'd be careful around those other Christchurch dudes.

you know that pic looks just like my old one....minus a few cc's that is...ah I do miss it
and yep will always have a soft spot for them, they are so easy to ride.
I think I wanna be one of those people who has a couple of bikes, one for all occasions...a Buell for some playing, and the Virago for cruising...now I'm off to win Lotto cos that would be the only way that THAT dream would happen :-)
