Hiya from another new member in ChCh

    Hi all,

My name's Gwenda, been riding for about 12 years now, 10 of them on my trusty steed the Yamaha Virago 750 but last year I had to sell up, which was a bummer. Hope the guy in Ashburton who bought it is loving it too.

But I have recovered now from my brain fade and decided on my new bike-to-be after taking out a Buell in March for a longish test ride from the loverly AMPS people.
Okay ...yes very different to the Virago, but my mate Deb literally swears by hers (sometimes good, sometimes bad) and I loved the Firebolt I took out, so gotta save my pennies to get one. That is the one (and only) good thing about selling my old bike, I get to look for a new one!

Just wanted to say 'Hi' to you all

    Gwenda AKA Rashika

    Hi, Gwenda/Rashika! :spudwave:

    Welcome to the KiwiBiker gargre!

That wasn't very entertaining, was it? Sorry - I'll try and do better next time. It's nearly 5 PM, and I have had my anti-nutter pill this afternoon...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

    Hi Gwenda
    Welcome to the KB Gargre

Good luck on saving for your new beast. Once you've got bikes in your blood there's no getting away from them. Watch out for some of the Christchurch KBers - they're dirty little ho's (eh Biff?)

    Hi, Gwenda/Rashika- welcome aboard
A Buell is definitely a bit different to an XV750! How long till you get the cash to buy one?

Na only kidding, Welcome to Kiwi Biker!
90% of the time spent writing this post was spent thinking of something witty to say. It may have been wasted.

Oh and a big HELLO to Rashika
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Welcome

Good to have another member aboard. I agree with you, the Buell's ARE very nice bikes. I very nearly bought one a few months back.

Enjoy the site and the wonderful people on it.
    Take care and RIDE SAFE

    Dave
