Go on, then - if it's choice enough I'll buy it.

I went to Deus plenty of times and on a number of occasions saw the guys working in the workshop,It was a coffee shop which also built bikes and had bike stuff for sale and on display, seemed pretty cool to me.

I have seen them working on bikes out the back....proper bikes with air cooling and twin shocks
Some say he has made his dosh and this is just a hobby..... sounds good to me.....although I'd have a micro brewery as well......and maybe blues and jazz music with a 1940's 50's feel......

    No speculation in it Dave.
If a business isn't interested in fielding enquiries about $2000 worth of components that they are the sole agent for, then a bad rep will grow quickly.

Nevermind, the US manufacturer has been emailed, and hopefully I will be able to buy direct through them. After all Doots shit service is hurting the US daddy company also.

They, (Deus), should stick to boardies and Lattes.

deus / York street mechanics is closed

I heard that York Street Mechanics have been closed for refurbishment since before Xmas 2014 but has never reopened. There is a cool warehouse motorcycle sales workshop and cafe in 15 Eden Street, Newmarket AUCKLAND. worth checking out. Their chief mechanic Neil is a genius and he used to work in Deus/ York Street Mechanics too.

Don't be shy, your café is called Carbon Garage.
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.
