Casual Staff member wrote the order in the order book, I watched him do it...

I am now happy to shop offshore where the gear is expansive yet inexpensive
I had people at the shop order me one of those little oxford visor cleaners, forgot about it for about 6 weeks and see they have them in stock again when visiting the shop again. Nobody called me to let me know it had arrived or to organise sending it out so I just brought it elsewhere. Not a big item but I have put a lot of money through that business but there service is not the greatest.

I found the service at Motomail good if you're in the shop with cash...

The ease of buying and response to emails from FC Moto is superior to what I have experienced in NZ.

Sidi Vortice Vernice ended up being $450 landed. I was speechless.
It was brand new too as I smelled it and couldn't pick up any cheesy feet trace.

I think it's that side of $1000 here.

YOU'RE ALL GOING TO HELL SHOPPING OVERSEAS!!!

meh, I don't care what anyone says, overseas suppliers have their place. I've got a heap of stuff overseas and have paid landing charges on some of it. I allow for it just in case. My Shoei doesn't save me much getting it overseas (if any) and I my local has been good to me with prices like that. In a few months, wifey will be getting a new top-shelf lid and we'll go to the local. The only way we wouldn't buy from them is if they didn't (or couldn't get) the style she wants.

I've found that site to be about the same as the US places I go to, but a few things I usually shop for are dearer. Like always, ya just gotta shop around.

Know the feeling Maha. I've just purchased a D.I.D chain riveter (locally), have an OEM chain/sprocket kit on order from the US and a Bursig bike lift coming from Germany.

Good site by the way, though I'm glad I found the English button. Thought you'd led me to a porn site when I read Jacken and Hosen.

Not cheap by any means, but it'll allow me to do maintenance that I couldn't do before.

Wow. He obviously trusts it if he is putting his Diavel Dark on it and pushing it around. Thick end of $40k IIRC!

wonder how it would go if it was asymmetrically loaded? say you removed the rear wheel and subframe but not the forks and front wheel?

A similiar store to the FC Moto shop but not quite as well setup. They do seem to stock Dainese though.

    FC Moto are awesome.

I bought some Sidi Cobra boots for $280 nz landed and they took less than 2 weeks to arrive, and that was over the busy christmas period.

None of the local shops even stock these boots yet.
