You'd think you fellas would be queing up at the pits with the nats going on down there ? Be truckloads of Metzler or dunlop, one race tyres up for grabs there that racers won't wanna drag home !!
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"
Bowls can wait !

due to not only 1 but 2 generous kiwi biker members offering to send down some rears I will give u whichever one I don't useill use whichever one gets here before friday hopefully, or if they both get here before fri then ill just use the one that looks the best
and u can have the other one
much appreciated! yea its not going to be ideal but its going to be better than trying to make it there on a tyre thats showing wiremuch appreciated ay
yea there is all sorts of info with tyre sizing online.. I looked on some tyre manufacturer sizing and for instance Dunlop produces some 190's which are designed for a 5.5" rim etc.
And yea I've seen a few 190's on older 5.5" bikes, old ZXR750's and such.
Once I chuck it on the blade and have ridden it will report back on what its likeI'v done it before, took the old 170 off an zxr750h1 and put on a 190 and rode it comfortably as normal.. I dont remember thinking it was worse anyway.
Tyre sent this arvo.

now when the replacement tyres arrive I'll see if I can get one on again!
