Day 26 and very appropriate that at 8.06am Cameron chose to leave us all. His passing was very peaceful, painless and quick and Peter was with him. He has fought a brave fight but over the last few days we have seen him deteriorate. He has had so many wonderful people around to say goodbye to him this week. As a family we have valued your support. We were truly blessed to have such a kind and loving young man as part of our family and his memory will always be very much alive. Our thoughts are with you all as you grieve Cameron in your own way.

I shed a tear last night reading all the messages of love, respect, and deepest sadness for Cam that have been coming from every direction over this past week. A tradgic event and many hearts are sure to be broken. Life is not about what you have achieved, but who you are as a person. These messages show what an incredible man he was with an overwhelming amount of love from his friends. To be remembered like this is a true testiment to having lived to your potential. Bugga the daily shit in life, to have words like this said about you is worth more than a life time of money, success, posestions. You earnt love and those who knew you are touched for life. You just became a hero of mine, a perfect stranger but a true inspiration. RIP Cam, what a memory you have left behind.
