"A guy came to test drive it yesterday and crashed into a ditch on up on Scenic Drive. Came back and told me the car had broken down and where it was, and then went away. So now I have a car with a bent bonnet, guard, grille and steering arms, and a smashed headlight and a bent wheel. Also it is now making clacking noises and overheating. The guy doesnt answer his phone anymore. Karma will get him. Anyhow the car is now at the wreckers so forget bidding. Sorry. You are not as unhappy about this as I am."

It may be worth noting that the car sold 4 days ago for $2,120.00 when someone hit "Buy Now". Here's what the buyer had to say about it in the feedback:

"Well here we go lets see whos talking what.. When I hit the buy now this guy changed his mind and wants $2500.00 for the car. When I told him buy now was hit $2120 he said that was a mistake. Does not want to drop the price from $2500.00 for what I bought for. He is absolute "LIAR" I should say. Trademe users please note DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS ABSOLUTE ABUSIVE UNRESPECTFUL PERSON.. I MUST REPEAT DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS GUY... "

pretty sure he could of dispute that through TM, as they have terms and conditions to cover this kind of thing.

Sure, he could, but it's not even remotely worth bothering for a $2k car. Normally the car would be sold before TradeMe even responded to the first email anyway.
