    There or their?

Really good as well. There was some distress on a dry tyre Nick had used in a dry race where he finished third, but that is because of a very ambitious softer compound choice that ( technically ) wasnt in the correct temperature window.
All in all we are very encouraged with the new components. Similarly, Sloans stuff is working very very well.

Bugden, Stroud, Shirriffs, Cole, Fitzgerald, Frost, Smith, Charlett, Skatchill, Hassan, McGrath, Holmes, Williams, Easton, Fitzgerald, Hill, Deano, OS Racing, Lewis, Small, Ornsby. Plus a host of others that request occasional support. We dont turn anyone away but do have to prioritise to those who are the major bill payers to actually get us there.
In case anyone doesnt realise this is a considerable cost to provide support and should never be taken for granted as a given, the workload is super intense and often we wish we could find the batteries for our magic wand.

Thats a ridiculous assertion. The reality is we are very over-worked

And KSS support (predominantly Robert) this year has been amazing considering how busy they have been! I for one am very thankful for all the support you have shown me thus far this year as one of the 'occasionals' you refer to despite spending very little with your company! Unfortunately I haven't fired this year due to many other issues and bad luck but my suspension has been getting better and better solely due to the support I have received from KSS and Robert. I remember the bold statement you made when I purchased the RACETECH internals for my forks... "These are guaranteed to make your lap times quicker." and so far I have bettered my PB at 2 out of the 3 tracks I've been to (Ruapuna by over 1.5 seconds a lap!).

This reads like an arse lick, but as genuine as one can be on KB... this is it.
