Hey, kids! Captain Hero here with Getting Laid Tip 213 - The Backrub Buddy!
Find a chick who’s just been dumped and comfort her by massaging her shoulders, and soon, she’ll be massaging your prostate.
I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

It seems like anything under 350k is nothing but a 2 bedroom shack most of the time.

I seriously considered that some years back. If you don't like the view, just move to the next bay!
The only problem is that the word "BOAT" really means "Bring Out Another Thousand".
The localcriminal mob"real estate agents" normally have 150 houses on their books, but at the moment only have 35.
The prices are reflecting this apparently.
Must get the place valued again!

Move to the tr0n?
Not that it matters any time soon, would be nice to have before the kids come though.

Its a bit like that up here. I don't ever see myself being able to afford to own/pay off my own home. But I won't be letting that feeling stop me from scrimping away my pennies to go toward a deposit. (One day).
Don't turn down what you consider a shack (surely you aren't talking Northland bush shacks here) if its for the right price/in the right area if it means getting your foot in the door while the market has had a bit of a slump.
