Yamaha FZR250 in a VT250 Honda frame?

There was a 250 inline 4 transplanted into small mx frame a few years ago so anything is possible for a cost of cash and time .
Wouldnt that v motor end up costing alot more if you need get carbs ,exaust and electrics.trying to get the exausts out of the v motor wouldnt be easy in that vt frame also.
A nice 500-600 single would end up a better bike in my opinion.xr600 maybe or xt .there must be some cheap complete dirty bikes that will provide all the gear you need and a slender single will be alot easier to make good mounts for.Also a inline four will be hard to get chain alignment when the vt had a slender motor.

Plus unlike vt 250 engine rebuilding them is possible and doesint cost thousands

I always wanted to get hot up parts for a honda single like flat side carb kelhein mild cam
Road tires mmmmmm mind you with spoked rims mmm super motard retro

Say just rev counter and digtial speedo single seat port hills special

mind you dreaming aside just a engine is better than a door stop the garage

I do have spare xr 200 engine that cant get back toghter found had striped 4th gear fixed that
But getting cases back toghter must be how i fitted the gearbox or kickstarter just wont fit right


yes your right just weather i can get a good single engine i prefer 400cc or around that
I had xl600 rf was bit dispointed with it had the twin carbs it didint like top at 50kph

I thought was whole point single felxable ;-) xl 250 rf was more refined

So either keep it get to run then sell it as a runner or put it into fzr 250 frame

As it sitting on the exhust underneth the sump me pulling on the headers hd bike rocking and rolling

oH l attach some pics can anyone tell what these pipes are i need order new set and think for water , but then again chould be for oil am cofussed and me parts man at city honda chouldint
find them to order new ones
thes two chrome pipes about 4 mm round go into two rubber hoses and round like water or fuel pump not the main water pump though got me stumped
aslo do you think okay to put back on after i checked them they don't seem blocked so ?

The vfr 800 doesint have these pipes at all all there just under the rocker cover but agaist the cylinder head. just below the exhust headers where go into the head

I'd have to look at the bike to tell you.
What you could do though, is drill/tap those brackets on the end of the pipe and throw some braided line in there instead.

Unfortunately not, I had a bit of a search when I first posted that but wasn't able to find it. I'm still not having much luck but I'm pretty sure I wasn't imagining it. I remember there being a decent sized page about a guy in the states who'd kept a record of his build, which was based on another SRX engined Spada that his mate had. This was at least 3 years ago so the domain might've expired since it wasn't on a big forum.

I heard some guy put big like 750 honda motor in of road or did just ride one ofroad

Hmm you more talented than me buddy whould it be up tot he job wonders ?

still flows well well blew in one end and some air appeared at the other end if drill some holes it chould have vfr flute play honda theme on it what ever that is

Actually, blowing it out with compressed air is quite a good idea!
A VFR flute would be pretty neat.
Braided line will handle whatever you throw at it, excluding thermite.

dude my forks arrived today all way from the uk am too tired work on it and i got do my
other job till 4pm aghhh start at 12.30 , worked till 2am started at my other cleaning job at 7.30am oh not good

and ont he vt 250 front got offer on either a good vt 250 fg motor or buying a nc 21 honda
so am going with nc 21 vfr 400

but none of them done or changed the motoring world as honda have done
