Sadly my 2008 Honda CBR600RR is up for sale because it’s just not getting ridden.

Very well loved bike in immaculate condition.

Upgrades include:
Suspension upgraded with Race Tech internals (shock & forks) and Ohlins rear spring installed by suspension gurus CKT of New Plymouth. Rear shock has spring installed to suit a rider of 90-110kg with all your gear on. I also have the softer OEM spring and suspension parts if you want them (any bike shop can swap out a rear spring easily).

Spiegler Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines – front and rear

ASV C5 unbreakable short levers (also have the OEM levers as well if you want them)

HRC Quick Throttle

GBRacing Engine Covers

Cox radiator guard


Metzeler Sportec M5 Interact tyres (front & rear) – plenty of tread left

Oil, oil filter & brake fluid has just been changed

WOF expires July and rego expires May

All upgrades/work completed by qualified mechanics. I’ve got full service history, receipts etc…

Has done a couple of track days but never raced

Has been on its side once (it did not flip - only slid on the left side) which only resulted in cosmetic damage to fairings, blinkers and headlights. Everything was replaced with brand new Honda OEM parts.

Would welcome pre-purchase inspections and can recommend George from Motorcycle Doctors - 0800 668 663. Costs around $100.

Bike is located in Parnell, Auckland.

The new owner will also receive:
1 x pair of new Woodcraft Frame Sliders which I never got around to installing
1 x new Stomp Grip tank pads
2 x spare coded keys for the bike
2-3 meter Oxford heavy duty chain with spare keys
1 x Honda Tool Kit
1 x rear stand

Would prefer the new owner to pick up from Auckland or they can organise their own shipment.
