speaking as someone who has lost 100kg..

it doesnt matter what the food is... it matters how many calories go in one end, and go out through the muscles.

Bloody hell, I'm yet to even find 100kg! That is a good effort.

I'm a bit confused with the whole eating thing. Essential nutrients are essential right? but you only need so many? So you get those from a salad, then have a chocie bikie, then go for a jog to use up the sugar, where am I going wrong? At a pretty ripped 65kg I can't be going too wrong, right?
