    Bloody hell, I'm yet to even find 100kg! That is a good effort.

    I'm a bit confused with the whole eating thing. Essential nutrients are essential right? but you only need so many? So you get those from a salad, then have a chocie bikie, then go for a jog to use up the sugar, where am I going wrong? At a pretty ripped 65kg I can't be going too wrong, right?
