I have the lugs4plugs with the built in headphones and the sound keeps cutting out, does anyone have a email address for them so I can see if its a known problem or has a simple fix

thanks muchly
I had the same problem and found that the coiled tubes had splits in them, so the sound didn't get through if the splits opened. Couldn't get new tubes so don't use the plugs anymore.
Shouldn't that be plugs4lugs?
I have a speaker pair which every now and then stop working due to ear wax...I have managed to get it out with a pin and all was fine again.
I did ask the question about wax and was told to lower the plug in warm water for a few moments, then holding the cord in one hand 6 inches or so from the plug (hanging down) pinch the lead between thumb and fore finger of the other and run it towards the plug to force out any wax.
These are great when flying, get a two for one adaptor to listen to music or watch a movie while blocking out a lot of background noise....much cheaper and more comfy than noise cancelling head phones
