I believe MSTRS is the man to talk to. I imagine he'll be along shortly.

Not ones like that. I can do the lettering but not the splashy fades. A google search shows nothing much.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Difficult

Those graphics are going to be difficult to reproduce because they use tones and shades. If the graphics were straight colours like Blue, Red, Purple you coud cut them on a viny cutter. The only way to reproduce them to a close match would be

    1. Screen print ( not pratical in one off production )
    2. Digital print - Possible but I think, not easy = expensive
    3. Orignal factory graphics would be the only way to get an exact match especially if you are only doing one side.

However if you are starting from scratch, like on a fresh paint job. Someone with a digital printer or a vinyl cutter should be able to give you something close.

Pity I don't have my cutter any more

    Good luck

That's the only way. Shouldn't be TOO expensive, although that is more a matter of what the purchaser thinks. A digital print file would simply be a vector cutting image, with a print fill added.
The only way to make these would be to have the bike in front of you to get measurements, angles, gaps and curves etc - otherwise, it's impossible to make decals that actually fit.

Yep I agree with MSTRS. I have done a lot of small graphics for bikes, and a couple of full size multi colour graphics.

I made some custom graphics once for a CBR600 from a pic to scale. It does take a lot of computer work. But the graphics fit almost perfect for size.

I think the other thing to think of is the application of graphics this size, it is not easy applying graphics to curved surfaces. Like most things in life. It takes practice, and easy it's to bollox it up if it's your first time.

I suggest trying to find someone experienced locally who can help you out as you go. especially with the application.

I really should get back to work now.

Hey, thanks for all the feedback, all of it is really helpful and appreciated..... I have spent sooooo many hours googling without much success finding anything OEM. I have found some pretty interesting stuff though.

You will see from the attached images there area which is wrong and the opposing side which is correct. I've also tracked OEM part numbers which outline the decals, so I guess they could be turned into a vector image, enlarged etc etc?? And then filled with color??

I do have the bike with one perfect side so that could possibly be used as the template??

Maybe. Often one side is NOT an exact mirror of the other.
But if it is, then yep. A tracing of the good side would be better than a photo. It can then be scanned , flipped over and the resulting cut would be the exact mirror-match.
The problem with photos of the actual bike is they are 2-d whilst the bike is 3-d, and it is impossible to avoid the 'fish-eye' effect...meaning that as image moves out from the focal centre, there is a certain amount of fore-shortening which distorts the final image.
Take a photo of a ruler...you'll see what I mean.
