Who makes custom made bushes/where do I find torque arm bushes for NSR?

Hey guys, I'm missing the bushes from the torque arm of my NSR250 (the thing that connects the back of the engine by the front sprocket to the swingarm pivot). Without them the engine is twisting a bit and the gearbox is clunky.

Does anyone know if these are available to buy, or if anyone makes them from scratch?

Here's a pic if it helps...

An engineering shop should be able to make some up for you if no one sells them.

I'm not sure if it will be very effective with that crack on the engine case though?

That's what I figured, but the bolt seems to tighten up with no play at all. Either way I will look at getting that welded up at the same time as I get the bushes made...

Can't believe the old owner didn't realise...

That crack will have to be repaired, then the holes will need to be drilled out I think. They don't look round to me.

No point putting a round bush in an oval hole.

Ideally the cases will need to be removed..

Right you are, the bike is in with an engineer at the moment and he is going to make something up that fits, or modify the hole to suit a round one.

Unfortunately the crack can't really be repaired without taking the engine apart. At this stage I'm tempted to use the thing until the engine next comes out for a rebuild. The bolt seems to go in a fair way past the crack, but I suspect the crack will get worse when the torque arm is operational? Thoughts?
