    I don't get it, why can you 'only get up to 60km'? Is it because it's one of those shithouse scooters that can barely do 50?

    Why not go via Rongatia Rd and double back if you can't get to the speed limit. The other bits of Cobham drive are less of an issue as 60 kmh is closer to the norm.

    I think you'd find that safer.

    Otherwise sit in the right hand wheel track and make the cars change lane to pass you.

    Learn basic maintenance as motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking in
