Wanted: GN250 Reg/Rec and GN250 Stator. to be fitted to a 2005 built GN

Anyone have a reg/rec for a 2005 GN250? new or used. cheaper than 199.

and

Anyone have a stator complete with plug etc. just plug in and go for a 2005 GN250?

still looking for a stator and a reg/rec in definite working order with plugs attached

pleaase, cant find the parts on ebay (not the reg/rec anyway for a 2005 GN250) and nothin on trademe, reg/rec is the hardest bit to get for '05 it seems. suzuki shop wants 199 for it. too much for me

this is a copy of the reply i posted on your reply to GN surges when hot just incase you miss that reply.

For the reg/rec use a king quad one the only diffrence is the plug body on the end of the wiring and you can flick the connectors out of the body and fit them to your old GN one, R2 do a cheep aftermarket one your local bike shop should be able to help with one or try atv city for a second hand one. the only option with the stator is a new unit or you can get the old one rewound bit it will still cost around the $300 mark to get rewound
