Honda CB175 - perfect first bike, cheap "Classic" rego ($111 a YEAR!)

Gidday all,
My father has listed up my other old bike, the '72 CB175.

I've taken this bike to Akaroa more times than I can remember, and it's a bloody good bike for hill work too. It's only 20HP, so not the best on the uphill (I WAS 95KG though!), but it still maintained 50KPH even on the steepest roads.

It was definitely good for 100kph on the straits.

All of this was BEFORE it was serviced by a bike mechanic.

My partner's father who worked at Rolling Thunder worked it over less than 100KM ago. New plugs, leads, and cleaned and balanced the carbs, and adjusted the timing. He didn't need to do anything else to it.

My old man's going to take it out and give it a good thrashing to give you all an idea of it's new performance.

my first bike was a CL 175 ,same engine...it would pull 10 000 rpm in top,that was about 130 ks......
