Reading that it would seem the Police practiced restraint. A 400cc bike even a sport one, isnt going to outrun an SV6 by any amount in real terms.
To me that would indicate the rider was probably going balls out, and as is often pointed out by persuit drivers, the pursuer is often looking in the rear view mirror far too much trying to see where the pursuer is.

I'm calling fake!!! it says Harley but theres a distinct lack of chrome. I mean theres red & grey where the silver should be & I can't see no tassels either.
