Pretty sure you can't even get a job at pak,n slave with a conviction for theft or a drug conviction, in fact most employers use employrite or similar and generally a prospective employee has to fill out the ministry of justice forms to give permission to have their records checked. They can still employ them but more often than not they will get a "sorry you didn't get this job" letter.
