So who on here is going?
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

for those that dont get the news letter...

"If you help at this day, then the next race day is free for you. Please take advantage of this offer and call Wendy on 363-1592 with the times you are able to help, and what you are able to do. Scrutineering should be a matter of 2 hours - 7.30am until 9.30am only."

Yep all sorted thanks Dangerous, Kickaha and k14. Dangerous, Im not quite sure if I need a back protector do I? And just so Im sure, what are the rules on gloves? Do they need to be armoured ones. Or will leather do?

It is my first "have a go day" so Im trying to make sure I dont look too much like a newbie

    Hi

Gloves... just leather gloves that are in ok condition, no holes etc. Back protectors are not a requirment, they are only recommended.

Not sure on ya other question, guess Wendy will tell ya!

Yeah they require help with marshalling and scrutineering. Obviously you can't be a marshall if you are riding but if you have a fairly good mechanical background then you would be alright for scrutineering. Don't think they need much other help, I'm gonna put my hand up for marshall, get free entry for levels next week then.

I can do scrutineering then. Unless they want a qualified mechanic?
